Never too Early!
The Christmas Exchange is hard at work all year to make sure that those in need enjoy the holiday season. They need some hockey fans to help sell 50/50 tickets at Ottawa 67’s games on March 4, 6 and 11. Volunteers must be 18 years of age and older, able to work in a noisy, busy environment. Volunteers would be selling tickets at the tables and on the concourse – Total time commitment is about 3.5 hours per game. Contact Sui-Ling Leung at 613-226-6434.
Camp Quality, a summer camp for children with cancer, is gearing up for another season. They need a Webmaster to update and maintain their existing website. They also need Camp Companions; in this special role, you’ll be matched one-on-one with a camper whom you will spend time with at the camp, and maintain contact with the camper and their family throughout the year. Both positions require an interview and Police Check. Call Glen Mooney at 1-800-294-7841.
