Walk the walk: On Sunday, June 10, 2012, the Arthritis Society will host fundraising walks across Canada. Help runners catch their second wind: The Ottawa, Renfrew and Cornwall Office of the Lung Association has a pressing need for volunteers to man its water station on the Sunday of Ottawa Race Weekend, May 27. Volunteers will be received on-site with coffee, muffins, an “I Love Lungs” T-shirt, and welcome arms as you help us prepare for the 5,000 marathoners walking or running by us.
