Data Entry Role: The Community Information Centre of Ottawa (CICO) is looking for a volunteer to liaise with agencies to update, gather and verify record information including programs offered, areas served and all other pertinent details. Working with staff members for guidance, this opportunity will be extremely helpful in keeping the organization organized and serving the community to the best of its abilities. Interested? Join the fun! Become a Rez Volunteer (Aug. 31 – Sept. 3) Almost 3000 students are about to move in to residence at the University of Ottawa, coming from all over Ontario and beyond, even from foreign countries. There are a number of positions available including greeting attendant, parking attendant, drop-off zone attendant and many more. Becoming a Rez Volunteer at the University of Ottawa means you will be helping with the moving in of almost 3000 residents. Be prepared for a fantastic day! Celebrity Look-a-likes Wanted: Do you want to be the “STAR” that you have always dreamed of? Volunteer Ottawa is looking for famous movie actor/actress look a-likes to volunteer at our Annual VOscars Gala Fundraiser! Are you a natural Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Hugh Jackman, Meryl Streep, Reese Witherspoon, or Julia Roberts? Any other famous actor/actress? You will be the star walking our guests down the red carpet as they enter. Last year, we had two amazing volunteers (Lindsay Lohan & Megan Fox), and what a hit they were!
