If you are a registered massage therapist then this is the volunteer opportunity for you! The AIDS Committee of Ottawa is looking for a certified, professional, and sensitive volunteer to assist with Holistic Wellness and Alternative Therapy provision to provide massage therapy, reflexology, and acupuncture to people living with HIV/AIDS. Good Communicators needed: The Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution is looking for someone with good communication skills and who is comfortable giving presentations, knowledge in conflict resolution is a necessity Main duties are conducting intake of incoming cases, assigning volunteer mediators to cases, coordinating volunteers and conducting outreach on the service Approximately 20 hours/week will be needed and the volunteer must be able to communicate in both English and French. A Concert on the Lake:  Music for Life Fundraising Concerts and Together Ottawa are looking for volunteers for A Concert on the Lake at Malone’s at Dow’s Lake Pavilion on Saturday, July 27. Needed are volunteers for ticket takers at the door and patio, fundraising activities, stagehands and face painting.
